Q: How do I find my size? A: Each product page has a detailed size guide with chest, waist, and hip measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the guide rather than going by your usual size, as fits can vary between styles.
Q: Do your clothes fit true to size? A: Most of our styles fit true to size, but we note on each product page if an item runs small, large, or has a relaxed/oversized fit. Check the product description before ordering.
Q: Are your sizes inclusive? A: Yes! We offer sizes from XS to 2XL across our T-Shirts. Some products such as the Hoodies also go to a 3XL.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship to? A: We ship internationally, however our products are sourced from specific regions, usually the US, Latvia, and the UK. We have tried to make our products as globally available as possible and specifically chosen apparel that can be sourced from multiple places around the world, hopefully leading to cheaper delivery costs. That being said, we can only do so much to try and achieve this, so please double check the shipping and costs that are calculated at checkout.
Q: How long does delivery take? A: Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. The delivery time depends on where the item was produced but we aim to have a turn around time of around 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Q: How much does shipping cost? A: We usually charge a flat fee, however this depends on the location of printing. The final cost will be presented at checkout. If multiple items are ordered, they may be sourced from different locations. If this is the case, then shipping may be more expensive.
Q: Can I track my order? A: Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. If you don’t get this, reach out to us at info@airwiggles.com
Q: What if my order hasn’t arrived? A: If your order is past its estimated delivery date, please contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate right away.
Payment & Pricing
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), and Google Pay.
Q: Is it safe to pay on your website? A: Completely. Our site uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Link. We never store your card details.
